one tumblr specific phenomena that never ceases to entertain and amaze me is when you get a message from someone with a shockingly bad opinion and you go to their blog and it’s all blatant fetish art and porn and bad opinions, so you answer like hey just so you know i don’t have to take this from a blog that predominantly features pictures of actresses feet, and inevitably someone will comment angrily “oh tumblr loves an ad hominem attack” and without fail that persons blog will also be exclusively bad opinions and porn gifs. it’s like clockwork
