Irl I acted as kanaya for a few seconds as a joke to a non-homestuck friend once and even a whole summer later he hasn’t stopped talking about it. He keeps asking me to do “my Kanaya Maryam impression” at random times and long story short he asked me to do this during biology yesterday and just from mentioning the name “kanaya maryam” I got this fucking facial expression that I don’t know how to describe from another guy near our table and he just stares at me for a long moment with inexplicable emotion. Turns out he’s a homestuck too.
