If I had billions of dollars to spend I think after just feeding and housing lots of people I’d be making aquariums and zoos and museums and libraries because then I could technically “own” extravagant things that I’d just want, like a giant mansion sized storehouse of old books or a fish tank full of nautiluses but they’d be for sharing with communities and educating people and raising even more money for more causes, why isn’t that already the fad with rich people? Why do they not find that cool or enticing at all but they want to spend like $10,000 for a gold plated butthole or some shit
