to be fair, it’s probably more along the lines of their lazy, offensive, sexist attitudes prevent them from ever improving at games than, as the way this is worded suggests, them being lazy, offensive, sexist, assholes being caused by them being bad at games

the logic here being you can’t improve if you’d rather project your imperfections onto other people than admit you suck ass
