now that the doctor is a woman and it would be funny to see how she would handle being asked her REAL name. i think it would be very sweet and humbling of her to say “oh, yes, my name, my real name well that’s john smith oh wait no… i’m a woman now,” she pauses to think before she kind of puffs out her chest and says

“my name is sarah jane smith”
