The store i work in does this and its 100% a scam. Just a scam they can get away with. These aren’t sale tickets they’re ‘catalogue tickets’. Meaning that the tickets don’t advertise a drop in price, but an item’s presence in the store’s catalogue to “make them easier to find”. its shifty as hell and prays on people’s expectations. Just make sure you check behind a sales ticket for a price before you jump on a deal
