I like writing fanfic because I can have as many plotless fluff scenes as I want and just play with the characters and it doesn’t matter because that’s exactly what the readers want

Meaning that the tickets don’t advertise a drop in price, but an item’s presence in the store’s catalogue to “make them easier to find”. its shifty as hell and prays on people’s expectations. Just make sure you check behind a sales ticket for a price before you jump on a deal
