Don’t assume malice. Assume ignorance. Life is easier, the world is kinder, and you can educate. Actual malice is pretty rare, I find.

Always remember Hanlon’s Razor–”Never assume malice when incompetence will suffice as an explanation.”

That’s said, never forget Fred Clark’s Law, either: “Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice.” There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice–at which there is simply no way to become that ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

i don’t even know where to begin with this

The bitterest satire can’t keep up with plain vanilla reality right now.

We are living in the dystopian future

Look up the phrase “astroturfing”. It’s things like this, where corporations create fake movements that appear, at first glance, to be grassroots (hence the name) in order to trick people into buying into their causes/voting in favor of their interests. It’s absolutely some dystopian capitalist bs.

Here’s a last week tonight segment about it if you have 15 minutes or so.

Enemies-to-friends-to-lovers is a really nice, satisfying trope, but the truth is that it only works if the reason why two people are “enemies” is for something dumb, like they took the last banana before you could at the grocery store, and not something like one of them is a racist or a raging misogynist or a mass murderer lol.

Mongolians are cool because they’ve merged their traditional and modern ways of life so rather than having poverty due to losing all their important skills they just live in their yurts with their cows and 827474874mbs internet

sure their GDP in dollars is low but when you can survive like your anscestors did it doesn’t mean anything, nothing wrong with adding a motorcycle and wifi into the mix

Everyone should live like their ancestors did 1000 years ago but with the addition of wifi tbh

Adapt. Survive.

Mongolia will be the only functioning society after we descend into the Mad Max Era, they are already ready

This photo is so dope I’m just dumbfounded

I’m a chronically ill, disabled, trans man in a small, conservative town.

I’m currently unemployed and broke because of my disabilities.

In between having to travel to specialists and doctors, I have no money. I’m three months behind in bills and my power is going to be shut off if I can’t pay it. Everything I have goes towards my meds that I need to stay alive.

I have to travel five hours just to go to my appointments.. and plus I have to rent hotel rooms. It’s so expensive and exhausting. I’m too sick to work rn and broke because I’m sick. This is a monthly routine. I don’t even have enough money for all of my meds and to eat, let alone rent.

If you can donate anything, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.

If you can’t spare anything reblogging/boosting helps so much. Thank you

UPDATE: NOW IM IN THE E.R!!!

Now I have MORE MEDS and more bills I’ll have to try to pay…

SO PLEASE, IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO DONATE, I’D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!

My life is falling apart

This week has been hectic and really exhausting.

I had to go five hours away for some appointments to see specialists for my diseases, and then had to go to the E.R TWICE for medical emergencies.. this is all disgustingly expensive and financially out of my control. I’m so tired.

If you can spare anything, it’d be appreciated more than you know. Please boost/reblog. I need all the help I can get.

Thank you

Um, having to go back for a different health reason and getting MORE FUCKING MEDS. This month is literally trying to kill me, either health wise or debt wise 🙂

It’s unbelievable and I’m just numb at this point

Okay, can’t even pay rent this month. Three E.R visits and seeing different specialists all within three weeks is not only exhausting but putting me in more debt than a disabled/chronicallyill 22 should ever have. It should be illegal. I feel like this stress is killing me more than my illnesses.

My body is shutting down. I keep having horrible allergic reactions to things that I need because of my immune deficiency.
